Every placement is built around the outcomes in Section E and the provision in Section F. Our tutors are matched not only by subject and key stage — but by the specific SEND profile of the child.

Referral pathway

From referral to first session in five steps.

01 · Day 0
Referral received
Local authority or family submits Section F provision, EHCP and any risk documentation.
02 · Day 1–2
Case Manager assigned
A named Case Manager reviews the file and drafts a shortlist of tutors matched on specialism, subject and geography.
03 · Day 2–4
Meet-the-family
The chosen tutor completes an unpaid introductory visit to establish rapport before tuition begins.
04 · Day 5–7
Tuition commences
Sessions begin against an agreed timetable. Weekly session records are shared with the LA and family portal.
05 · Ongoing
Termly reviews
Progress against Section E outcomes is formally reviewed each term and reported into the annual review cycle.
