Mission

Every child who has been named a specialist has a right to get one.

An EHCP is a legal document. When it says 1:1 specialist tuition, the child is entitled to a tutor who genuinely holds that specialism. Our contribution to the system is to make that a reliable reality — quickly, kindly, and to an audit-ready standard.

We are not a marketplace. Every tutor on our register has been personally interviewed, observed teaching, and matched by a human. We think that matters.

Values

Four things we won't trade.

01 · Value

Evidence first

We do what the research and the child in front of us tell us to do — not what is fashionable. Low-arousal approaches, structured teaching, and PDA-informed practice are non-negotiable.

02 · Value

Consistency over convenience

A child with SEND has often had a hundred professionals through the door. We give them one tutor, and we keep that tutor.

03 · Value

Compliance without bureaucracy

The paperwork commissioners need is a floor, not a ceiling. But we never let paperwork slow a placement down.

04 · Value

Honesty in reporting

When progress stalls, we say so. When our approach isn't working, we change it. When a placement isn't right, we replace the tutor without fuss.
