Commissioners & SEND teams
RS Professional supplies councils with qualified, DBS-checked tutors to fulfil Section F provision — including EOTAS, medical-needs, and top-up tuition for children and young people aged 0–25.
Why councils choose us
Named Case Manager acknowledges every referral within four working hours and shortlists a tutor within one working day.
One Case Manager owns the placement end-to-end. No re-routing, no chasing. Direct email and mobile.
Enhanced DBS, right-to-work, references, safeguarding training, insurance schedule and public liability certificate.
Tutors are matched to the child's SEND profile — not simply by subject. Every match is signed off by our Head of Provision.
Every session is logged with attendance, provision delivered against Section F, and outcomes progressed against Section E.
Where a placement isn't working, we replace the tutor without downtime and without invoicing for the transition.
Provision types
Full curriculum, therapeutic input coordination, enrichment strands and progress reporting for children whose EHCP names EOTAS as the provision.
Home-based education for children unable to attend school due to physical illness, mental health, or transition between placements.
Named tutor hours as a supplement to a school placement — for example, exam access preparation, catch-up, or a specific specialism the school cannot resource.
Portage-informed home visits for children with an EHCP or under assessment, working alongside the family and community teams.
Functional Skills, independent living skills, supported internships and transition planning for young people 16–25.
Where home visits are inappropriate or geography is prohibitive, we deliver through a fully monitored, safeguarded platform.
Referral pathway
The clarity of their reporting alone saves my team days each term. It genuinely feels like an extension of our own commissioning function.
